Refund/Cancellation Policy

Avataar offers end-to-end skincare services like permanent hair reduction, advanced laser facials, chemical peels, body polish, weight reduction, etc., at the home of our customers. All the services are technology-based and the technology used in the process is safe and globally certified and all the protocols are designed by medical professionals. Our therapists are well-trained and experienced to provide laser treatments, we have a panel of top dermatologists and cosmetologists who provide virtual consultation as well as support to our customers. Our treatments are 100% effective and permanent, the final results of the treatments offered by Avataar depend on a number of variables, including hormones, medical conditions, pre, and post-therapy care, etc. but not limited to the customer’s skin type. Depending on the circumstances, it may be necessary to schedule follow-up appointments or additional sessions after the initial course of treatment.

  • As a result, it is required that once customers get the treatment, he/she accept and undertake that they will not be eligible to request a refund of any money they have already paid for and offered.
  • Customer can cancel the appointment 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment, no refund will be initiated once the therapist reaches the customer’s location.
  • Customer can cancel the package and get a refund for the pending sessions, but no refund will be initiated for the completed sessions from the package.

Rescheduling: To reschedule the appointment customer have to inform us at least 2 hours prior to the appointment, appointments can’t be rescheduled once the therapists have left to reach the customer’s location, in this case, customers will have to bear the logistics cost depending upon their location.
